I'm not sure if this link will work:

Click on the "see details" link

It looks fine to me although I'm not sure why the seller is calling it "Bonnie Cashin style". Did Cashin actually design briefcases? I don't remember ever seeing any.

This one dates from the early 1990s according to the serial number, I'm still looking for the name...

OK, Monroe Brief, style 5276, introduced in 1993. Which was alsmost 20 years after Cashin ended her relationship with Coach.

Oh thank you, thank you! Awesome [emoji41]. I also had my doubts about it being a Cashin, thanks for the info -much appreciated...

Hi authenticators. I noticed the stamping on the hang tag of this bag is not centered like on others. I wonder if maybe the tag is fake. It also has a printed Coach zipper pull I have never seen before. Has a tiny Coach stamp on the underside that looks authentic to me .I do think overall the bag seems real to me, I just think maybe the tag was added. It's a pouch for travelling, it's really cool. I bought it at Goodwill, haven't pulled off the tags to rehab it yet so it can be returned if I need to:
10 x 6 x 6

Hangtags don't prove ANYTHING, they can be removed and changed in 5 seconds flat and often are. And Coaches aren't perfect. That includes stampings.

What matters is the details of the bag itself, most importantly the creed and serial number stamps, and those are genuine.

Comment: I'm pretty sure it's fake. Confirm please. Also did Barklay ever come with turn lock instead of spring lock?

The Barclay changed from a springlock to a turnlock in 1997, so any genuine one would have a serial number with style, year, month and plant codes. The fake you asked about also has a number on Daria48's Fake Numbers List.

Thank you! Do you have a catalog pic of the newer version? I did tell the seller it's a common fake serial number. I didn't know the lock changed however.
