Good morning. I am requesting your professional review of the attached Coach Willis. My concerns are the creed (barely readable), the handle (stitching is off) and the portion under the flap - slip pocket is shorter than most Willis bags). Could of been a bad year OR a fake. Please advise.

It's a genuine vintage Willis made in 1996.

I flipped the creed pic, and it's definitely fake. Above is the creed, give me a few minutes to post comps.

ETA - Here's one from a few months earlier, the fonts are wrong, the border around the Coach name above the creed is wrong and the Coach name is still in the older "fat" font, and the creed spacing is much too wide in places.:


Add the problems already mentioned like the too-small underflap pocket, and there's no doubt that it's fake.

The Patricia is fake. The Metropolis looks good.

It's fine. It's a cafe bag, 4111, from the Lightweights collection, from the early 90s.
