Hello! This listing does not show a serial number - does it have one, or is it fake? I can't tell if they are purposely not showing it (are those the impressions of numbers where the seller has it folded over?), or if it doesn't have one for some reason. I will ask the seller, but thought I'd post to also check. Thanks in advance!

I believe there is a number. You can just see the top of it on the left. We need to see all of it to authenticate. This style is often counterfeited.

Thanks, that's what I thought too. Possibly dumb question: I deleted my ebay account a while back due to my irritation over them saying my obviously authentic bag was inauthentic. Anyway, I can't stay away so I just made a new account recently. I can't seem to contact this seller. Everytime I click "contact seller" it takes me to "my ebay" but I can't compose a message. There used to be "ask seller a question" link, but I can't find that either. Is it because my account is new? Am I just missing something???

I think the contact seller button has replaced the ask seller question link. If you can't ask a question, it is probably because you are blocked somehow. I don't think sellers can block based on feedback or newness of an account. They would have had to put your exact user name in their blocked bidders list. Or it might just be fluke. Have you tried logging out and then logging back in, or trying it in a different browser?

Thanks! It worked in another browser. I hadn't entered enough of my own contact information to contact a seller, but apparently I was supposed to be prompted for it, but the other browser didn't do that. Thank you.

All three are genuine.

Yes, also the style number is wrong, the color of the "brass" hardware is too light, and even if the N month code was valid, the H plant code is too small. It should be a bit bigger than the other digits. I reported it but I doubt very much if Etsy will do anything.

The seller destroyed her credibility even more by claiming the bag was from the 1970s. The Willis wasn't even introduced until 1993. Do NOT buy from or trust seller " nancysjewelrybox2 "
Was there an earlier style similar to Willis? I thought I remembered a purse that looked like a small briefcase with a dovel. Or it just seems that Willis has been there forever?
