Please help me authenticate this purse! I did my best to get decent pictures of all the hardware and everything. I believe its a Hologram Leather City Zip Tote, which I think is limited edition? The creed is (seemingly) rubbed off some, I know it used to be in better shape than it currently is. I'm just assuming that the stuff in my bag and reaching in and out has worn it off some?
Sorry, if I'm not posting this correctly or have excluded necessary information, this is the first time I've had to actually post for help authenticating a purse. I'm out of my league on this one and cant seem to find to find someone else who's asked for authentication on this specific bag. I would really appreciate any help y'all could give me!

It looks good.

Other opinions welcome.
I agree.

The bag is authentic.

@whateve is one of the rehab experts.
The leather is the type that shows scratches. Also be prepared for some variation of color. The color on the strap and the harder pieces of leather will be slightly different than the color of the soft leather. I find that Blackrock Leather n Rich is best for this leather. It evens it out some and disguises the scratches. You will have to condition with it frequently to keep them hidden.

Thank you! Still thinking about it. I really like the style and color.

I love my Bleecker large flaps. They are comfortable to carry, a great size, and I love the leather. It's very smooth. The bottle green is very dark. I used to have the duffle in green and the large flap in ink, and I could hardly see the difference. I only had one hangtag between the two, and used it for both.

That Hamptons Weekend Patchwork design HAS been faked, on handbags as well as wristlets and wallets. Usually the crooks get not just the patches but also the lining and front leather patch wrong. The wristlet and some other small accessories are unusual in that the front and back use different patches, so they take a bit more care when authenticating. This one is genuine though, style 40429. Here's the website pic:

It looks genuine to me. Good luck with the rehab!

Hyacinth, thank you again for authenticating my recently purchased Hamptons Weekend Patchwork Wristlet and the Katy Travel Tote. In case you are interested, I've finished the rehabs and posted them in the Summer, Beachy Bags thread at the link below:

Get it! I have 4 of these! They are awesome! I used to have 5 but sold the black one.

Just bought it. I love that dark green, and I'll try that Blackrock. Thanks, Whateve and House. Love the enabling.

What are the tells? I have the same one in black that I got from a different seller and beside the color I can not tell them apart.
Are you sure they look identical? Are you sure the black one is authentic? Compare the inside pockets. The location and width of the pen pockets are often gotten wrong by counterfeiters. In the pictures you posted, the creed is a mess. It is too puffy. The creed number is inconsistent with the wording. The creed says it was made in the US, but the plant code is a Z, and the Z was never used to indicate the US. The creed also isn't located in the right place on the pocket. Here is an example of an authentic creed for that style that shows the pocket arrangement.
