Please post authenticity questions related to COACH in this thread. No PMs please.

Please follow the following requests:
  • Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
  • Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.
  • Front of item
  • Back of item
  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

If it wasn't reserved for you, you shouldn't have bought it. Etsy doesn't have a system to actually put an item on hold but sellers will put the word "reserved" in the title to save it for a particular buyer. The buyer asked the seller to hold it for her. You were still able to buy it because there isn't really a method to reserve an item. You could ask the seller to tell you if the other buyer decides not to buy it.

Some of that bad feedback on toolhaus is from when sellers were allowed to give negative feedback for buyers.

The bag appears authentic.

I don't see any red flags regarding the bag itself though a picture of the tag with the serial number/style information from inside the pocket would help.

That said, this seller seems to either not know a lot about Coach or she's attempting to embellish the quality of her bag through her BS description. Is she implying that the lack of a serial number and signature pattern is due to the following?
"There are levels of Coach handbags - this is the highest level with soft leather and minimal labeling."

Hello ladies, I hope you all have a great weekend.

Please let me know if I can enjoy mine as well... depending if these cuties are real or not.
The Poppy is about 8 x6 x 2.5 inches, the wristlet 6 x 4 inches.

I have seen the wristlet before but not the Poppy. It has the same type of gathered bottom corners that the Glam totes. Leather is metallic but not gold, more like champagne? It has the hang tag and the plastic word Coach. TIA :smile1:

Both look okay. I'm not familiar with the poppy one so wait for other opinions.
