Please follow the following requests:
  • Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
  • Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.
  • Front of item

  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read

1- genuine, maybe an early 1990s Convertible Clutch. But it's not actually "pebbled" leather.
2- sorry, highly faked classic styles can't be authenticated without a clear serial number and creed photo.
3- genuine Ridgefield Flap

That style was made for a long time and probably in at least 5 or 6 different plants so that could explain any oddities with the creed. And the front of the turnlock at least looks right but I don't know how many fake briefcases also had the correct turnlocks. It looks like the plant code is an X but I can't tell if the creed says it's from the DR or the US.

At least the fake Korean-made bag was removed.

Unfortunately, the seller did the same thing in this listing for which some poor buyer paid $120 plus $19 shipping. The creed, although difficult to read shows a (always invalid prefix) serial number.

3- PROBABLY genuine, maybe a Lexington Drawstring. But without a clear readable photo of the creed patch and serial number I won't give a full authentication. If you're interested in buying it, please ask the seller for a better photo and post it here. It's a lot easier if you check the listings carefully and ask for a copy of any ,missing or inadequate photos before trying to authenticate.

It's fake. Anything with a K3H prefix is fake.

Sometimes, an optical illusion might make the imprinting appear to be raised but in this case, illusion or not, the bag is fake.
