Yep, the more you look, the more mistakes and shortcuts you find. That POS was NOT made by Coach. No way, no how. I hope she hasn't bought anything else from that friend.

Hey, gotta agree - there are AT LEAST 2 different bags in that set of photos.
https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/authenticate-this-coach.889527/page-1288#post-30950502

The LAST pic shows a style with the same brass-trimmed strap mountings front and back on the body of the bag. But the first pic shows a bag with different strap mountings. BUT - neither one is a style 33675 !!!

So who's taking or supplying the photos, and which bag are they selling? Is someone playing games and "borrowing" pics of 2 or even 3 different bags? The backgrounds are different too unless it's the same piece of furniture with the tissue or white background arranged slightly differently. WTH is going on? And has our OP disappeared after getting all that useful-to-counterfeiters information?

Hi,

Again sorry for the reply i totally forgot about this forum and the bag as well. I did waited for the reply after i posted my question but i didnt get any yet. Until i checked it just awhile ago and got all the replies from all of you guys.. really thank you so much.

Did you see my previous posts? If there's a "friend," I think the friend sold her a fake Longchamp too. But I'm wondering whether this is another case of someone testing to see if they could fool the experts.

Clearly, they can't.
Hi,

Gee guys, i really appreciate your help in authenticating the bags from the bottom of my heart. But nit replying as quickly as possible then makes me a scammer? That's a bit harsh. We do have time difference too though and to add i am not in a hurry in buying that bag anyway too.

But do appreciate the help. And sorry if it has causes you so much inconvenience.

@Schnooky16 -- Are your bags coming from the same friend?

I noticed that you bought a "Longchamp" from "a friend" and it too was deemed as fake.
Your post: https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/authenticate-this-longchamp.890060/page-271#post-30927722
Authentication deemed it fake: https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/authenticate-this-longchamp.890060/page-271#post-30927762
^^^ That post is followed by you asking why it's fake and another authenticator adding comments.

Something is off here and I don't think we're getting all the information. But it has me questioning whether we (here on Coach) give out too much information about why items are fake.

Again, @Schnooky16 , where is your friend getting these bags?
Hi There,

Again, i am so sorry for the late reply. I alread said it in most of my replies. First i don't even know how this things works i just sign up last week or a couple of weeks ago to authenticate the bags and replying to all the replies is a bit hard now that i got to reply all those who replied to my post... please. Checked the replies i sent there's a few of them. As i said i am a new member and dont know how this works. Also i am not in a hurry of buying the bags that's why. I forgot about it. And will not buy from her anymore. Just please refer to my previous replies.
Thank you so much.
And P.S i am not a scammer anyway.

Hi,

I just want to clarify things. Not being able to reply to most of the threads then makes me a scammer? I am so sorry if that's what you think i am. As i have said before i totally forgot about this thing and it would be better if the program will give you notifications if you have replies on the question you posted but it didn't notify me in anyway. If there is a way for me to get notifications please enlighten me. I posted this last night (i stand corrected) and waited for replies in a bit but i didn't get any yet. Then i went to worked today and didn't have a chance to check any of the replies either. I know i don't have to explain anything but i just got embarrassed not by the way you think i am but by the way you easily thinks and decide that i am one.

Sorry about the inconvenience it has caused you and other authenticator. And thanks for the help.

Hi Hyacinth,

Sorry for the late reply. I just got all the replies / messages half an hour ago. The time now here is 12:11AM. Thanks for all the help and so sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you and the rest.
I didn't end up buying anyway and i would rather buy directly from the shop itself.

Thanks again

Hi guys,

Thank you so much for your help in authenticating this Coach Kelsey Bag.

Yes they are of the same friend. It's a bit of a long story though. My friend's supplier keeps on insisting that her bag is authentic and i do have doubts about the bag and including the price as well. She doesn't want to disclose to me the name of her supplier as well she just told me their company is an export/import business. And told me that they bought the bags from the store itself.

Oh well, luckily i didn't bought the bag and i didn't sell it either.

Thank you so much for the help. Sorry for the late reply as i forgot about this one..

The photos are based on the photos my friend has sent me. So i do not have the actual bag as i didn't buy it from her. I think she gave me two photos of different bags too.
Those pictures show AT LEAST two different bags.

My friend doesn't want to disclose to me any information about her supplier though so i don't have any clue where did they get those bags. Sorry about that. She doesn't want to disclosed to me in fear of me buying straight from her supplier.
I can guarantee that her "supplier" sells fakes and if this is a friend who would do this to you, you need to find new friends. She is NOT the type of friend you want.

But nit replying as quickly as possible then makes me a scammer? That's a bit harsh. We do have time difference too though and to add i am not in a hurry in buying that bag anyway too.

I'm sorry for the assumption I made about your being a scammer but you'd just made those posts (about the Coach bag) yesterday and when you asked about the Longchamp, you responded there quickly.

We've been on this forum for a long time and in our experience, when someone asks questions and disappears, it's usually because they are disappointed about being caught. We inferred that your lack of response was because of that.
I didn't end up buying anyway and i would rather buy directly from the shop itself.

Thanks again
Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THAT SHOP!!

You still haven't told us where you're located though. Are you in the Philippines?

I understand why citizens want to support the economy in their own country but unfortunately, there are some countries where we're seeing fakes that are absolutely and with 100% certainty fake but will fool the average buyer. And while your friend, the "shop" you refer to and her supplier will probably be able to fool some people, their illegal activities will be their undoing. They WILL be caught.

In fact, there's a long discussion about a seller (in the US) who was arrested after having been caught buying authentic bags (over $1 million dollars worth), exchanging and returning "good" fakes to the stores and reselling the authentic bags on ebay, instagram and other sites.
You might want to refer your friend to the Loukpeach thread!
https://forum.purseblog.com/threads...-seller-richgirlscollection-loukpeach.943212/

I recommend you don't buy from sellers in the Philippines and have any items you are interested in purchasing authenticated prior to buying. And when doing so, make sure you are getting pictures of the actual item you will be getting. Stock pictures or pictures lifted from Google image searches or the internet are not the items you will get.

"Import-export business" as in buying fakes from Chinese sellers and dumping them on unsuspecting gullible buyers.

Just so you know, Coach - and no other name brand for that matter - doesn't sell to anyone running an "import export business". I'm not surprised she won't give you their names, what they're doing, INCLUDING YOUR "FRIEND" is against US Federal law if it occurs in the US and most other countries and could get them arrested and charged with numerous felonies not just by their local governments but also by US Customs, Homeland Security and the FBI, all of whom have unlimited jurisdiction in crimes involving Counterfeiting, copyright and trademark violations. Importing and selling counterfeits in the US, even as a private seller or on any US-located website like Ebay, is a felony, and other countries are starting to crack down on counterfeit sellers too, regardless of how loose their laws have been in the past..

JMO, but with friends like that, you don't need enemies. She already tried to cheat you and steal your money in exchange for a worthless piece of junk - that's not what friends do.

Actually, she didn't just "try" to cheat you. According to your Longchamp post, that fake bag was one you'd already bought from that "friend." You stated, "I bought it from a friend who said she is selling authentic and branded handbags. But just want to be sure that it is Authentic."

I recommend you go to that friend and demand a full refund!

Hi there new to this whole coach purse thing, however find myself collecting them and loving them even more!! Wondering if this one I bought is authentic. Do not know the name or style but here are lots of pics.

It's an authentic MFF (made for the factory outlets) optic signature gallery tote from 2011.

Hi thank you so much for that.
When i said i want to buy directly from the shop itself i didnt mean my friends suppliers shop. I meant to say the actual coach shop and other branded stuff.

It just so happened that when i posted the LongChamp i was chatting with my mother on fb about it that is why i was waiting for any replies on that. Also, i am from Australia and my friend is in Dubai working but her supplier is based in the Philippines. I'm pretty sure she told me there warehouse is in there as well. I can believed that there are lots of fakes nowadays too.

Again, thank you

Hi thanks so much for the advice. We are not really that closed of friend. She is my friends friend. I just met her at when my friend got married and we were both bridesmaid.

But thanks heaps.

creed-closeup.jpeg I splurged on a British Tan Willis in great condition on Ebay which looked legit (I asked about it in this post), and the purse is gorgeous!! I've compared it to my other (authentic) Willis bags and the single thing that concerns me is the creed. The creed is very shallowly stamped. It doesn't show up so much in the photos as to the naked eye, but I've attached a couple anyway. What do y'all think? A very, very, very good fake, or just a bad day on the stamp-line in Coach's Costa Rica plant? The lettering is (in comparison to my other Willis bags - both camel and black) barely indented at all.

It's fine. There are variations in the depth of stamping from bag to bag.
