"One of a kind" my arse.

No, it's NOT "rare", any more so than any 20-year-plus bag. And maybe if you ask the SELLER why she thinks it's "rare" she can pull some nonsense out somewhere dark and secret and explain. If potential buyers or even lookers started calling them on their silly comments maybe a few of them would either STFU, or even better, take the time to actually do some real research. This one can't even be bothered to give measurements, and it's not as if the blasted bag's shape is so hard to measure. MAYBE it's a Swagger but since the seller describes it as "small" and a Swagger is 12 inches across, who the heck knows? I don't. Maybe it's the smaller 9x7 Blazer bag. But how can someone claim something is rare unless they actually know what it is?

Don't ever expect every, or even most, sellers, to know what they're talking about. If I had a dollar for every piece of BS a Coach seller has spouted over the last 10 or 12 years I'd be living on a clifftop villa in Monaco with 200 feet of private beachfront.

When someone makes unsupported claims, call them out on it (politely, of course), as long as you dont mind ending up on their Blocked Bidder List. I just did, but I doubt very much if I'll get an answer to my questions.

RANT OVER.
Blast, I've got to stop watching political coverage on the news, it's making me sound as nasty and unhinged as the so-called "candidate".
Excellent. I love knowledge. Let's see if I can glean any:biggrin:

I don't want to buy this, I am curious why it's so 'rare' if it is in fact authentic

I agree it is a Blazer bag. They didn't make them for long so they are kind of hard to find, much harder than styles that were made for years. It isn't super rare though.

And last for me today...could someone have a look?
Also GW...Approx. 11"w x 8"h x 4"d. Straps 7" to rings. Shoulder strap 14" to rings.
A 2012 MFF Kristin Double Zip Satchel #F22744?
It was filthy, but came through the bath sparkling clean...and dried very quickly!DSCF3399.JPG DSCF3400.JPG DSCF3401.JPG DSCF3402.JPG DSCF3403.JPG DSCF3404.JPG DSCF3405.JPG DSCF3406.JPG
Thanks, as always :)

Could someone please authenticate this Coach bag?
From GW...
Approx. 9.5"w x 11"h x 4"d. Straps 10" to buckles?
A 2003 Gallery Lunch Tote of some kind, #9784?
Thanks in advance!

And this Coach/Estee Lauder accessory?
I had never seen one of these...also GW.
Approx. 7"w x 4"h x 2"d.
Thanks again!

They all look ok. The Fuschia one 9784 is a Small Suede Gallery Tote. Neat find on the Estee Lauder one, I've never seen it before either.

It's called a Hamptons Leather Multi-function Tote and was made in 2002. I have to stress that since you don't show or say anything about a changing pad and the bag originally came with one from Coach, you need to state clearly in your listing that there is NO changing pad included.
Thank you, I absolutely will!
One of the big issues with this bag is the wiring wearing through the piping on the corners of the bag. Just an FYI.
That makes sense. I found an eBay listing for $24 with holes in the corners. That's so unfortunate! Just a bad design, do you think?

I have a bit more information on the Estee Lauder item.

Just prior to the holiday season in 2010, Estee Lauder and Coach collaborated and came out with an Estee Lauder cosmetic set packed in the Coach pouch. It was available for $35-40-ish when customer bought some dollar amount worth of EL products. (I don't recall the amount that one needed to spend on Estee Lauder in order to buy the Coach/EL set.)
This was the full set:

Thanks, Hyacinth. I thought the Estee Lauder one was way cool...and limited edition to boot!

I don't think it was very limited in terms of production numbers. There were bunches of these in this color and the light khaki color on ebay. I don't know if Coach sold the excess cases separately at the outlets or if the recipients kept the makeup and sold the cases.

Both. They did sell the leftover cases at the outlets but removed the Estee Lauder charm from them. And some sellers used the makeup and sold the cases.
