I have a little red Penelope Baguette purse I just love and seems brand new -- is it too good to be true? I would very much appreciate it if someone could let me know whether this purse is a lady or (sob!) a tramp. Here are some pictures:

True vintage Bonnie cashin coach British tan leather messenger bag/brief case
Creed: k9z-5266

It's a genuine Beekman Brief from 1999 and has NO connection whatsoever with Bonnie Cashin. Not only was the style only introduced around 1991 which was about 17 years after Cashin had cut ties with Coach, but she passed away just a few months after this particular example was made. Technically it's not quite vintage yet either.

No problem. I do understand that it's stressful to buy from strangers when you don't know whether they're honest or not. And while many of us do buy online and many of us have been fooled by fakes in the past, those of us who still shop online have decided that we do have the stamina to deal with it.

And while there's nothing wrong with being concerned, there are others who just can't take the stress or they just don't feel comfortable putting all their faith into a stranger's opinion of authenticity even if that stranger has more experience than they.

Every buyer is different and has different levels of tolerance in the chances they're willing to take.

I don't know how many items you've bought online but based on what I saw, it looks like you did just fine on the Longchamp and on the Coach.

Happy shopping and good luck.

Thankyou for your kind understanding. And FYI, I use to think that the Coach wallet is fine just because it made for Coach Factory Outlet -- not Coach Store (more clearly can see it from the tag in picture i posted before). About how many bags i bought lately, its not too much, just couple of bags. I want to convince myself about the authenticity through this forum. Actually i have one Dooney&Bourke wristlet left right now and i want it to be authenticated. Please help me out. I'll post it later in Dooney&Bourke thread. Thank you so much BeenBurned.

Never came across one like this in my short hunting experience.
Item: Shoulder bag

Comment: what's the name and style # of this bag?
Seller says it is a one of a kind sample. Sample bags can't be authenticated since there is no authentic standard to compare them to. There is no way to prove it is really a sample or if it was really made by Coach.
