Please post authenticity questions related to COACH in this thread. No PMs please.

Please follow the following requests:
  • Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. This is not a thread to ask general questions about COACH, please refer to our main Coach forum for such information.
  • Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.
  • Front of item

  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

Hi Whateve,

Thanks for taking time to authenticate my items! Really appreciate it!

I googled F53429 and all images showed that it comes with a dog leash style strap(spring clasp on zip head), pictured below and on seller's listing.

The wristlet has rather uneven stitching on the front and at the back, there are 2 areas of double stitching on the same side. Workmanship on Coach products are usually meticulous even on outlet items, no? Other then the poor stitching and difference in design, the wristlet looks authentic?

As for the wallet, it's ok for the gold print on the pull out pouch to be illegible? Other aspects of the wallet looks authentic? Sorry for asking to reconfirm as seller could not provide proof of purchase or receipts to show where items were purchased. Coupled with the price tags though having the right style code, had the same production/manufacture code on 2 different products, which I have not encountered in Coach products before so am concerned of their authenticity. Would really appreciate it if you could reconfirm. Much appreciated!

Thank you for the extra pictures and clarification. I've never seen a Coach wristlet that didn't have a dogleash clip on one end until now. When you said removable, I thought you meant completely removable, as they have made some wristlets in the past where the entire strap detaches. There are some on ebay now just like yours:

The stitching isn't a problem. We've seen uneven stitching on authentic items before. I believe both items are authentic unless some information about the seller would make me think differently. Which is why if you bought these on an online site, we really need to see the listing. It helps us to be able to check out the seller, and the seller's location makes a big difference.
