Hi everyone!

Could anyone tell me if this BV Cabat is authentic? It doesn’t have the label on the inside bottom with the authentication number which was immediately a red flag for me, however the bag is made from butter soft leather (literally the softest leather I’ve ever felt) and the stitching is super well done. I was thinking maybe it’s a sample or something? I don’t know. I’m just really confused for the label not being there on the inside but everything else looks so real and authentic.

I honestly really couldn’t say. The intrecciato looks clean and even but the stamping on the knot closure looks a bit off. So I guess I’m 50/50. I do not own a Knot (never have) but @indiaink has much more experience with Knots than me, so I would trust her advice :flowers:

@Pelz I feel this is not authentic, due to the uneven stamping on the ends of the metal clasp and a couple of other things. On the metal knot, the lettering should always be centered, even if this an older piece.

Esteemed Authenticators, the Lido has landed. While I don’t sense any red flags, and eBay also authenticated, I’d love your expert opinions too. There’s not as much to go on, i.e. no metal Cabat tag, and minimal hardware, so I hope these photos suffice. If not, I’ll happily share more. I appreciate your help, and if you give your blessing, then I’ll do a reveal with more photos. Thank you!

Hey all, I think this is my first Bottega Veneta vintage... I was told it was lamb skin intrecciato leather and snake skin... I cannot find any comps on this anywhere. There is one that is a lighter purple and I found a light rose pink photo only but no website or information when I clicked the photo. Any help would be appreciated!!

Who makes this? I don’t see anything that indicates it was made by Bottega Veneta. Please
post relevant pictures as indicated by the first post of this thread..
