The seller is refusing to allow me to return, and is claiming that the bag is black.
This is through poshmark.

Any advice? I feel genuinely taken advantage of, and I feel that the seller knew she was incorrectly listing it as black. Otherwise, she would accept a return and refund.

Do you have access to a BV sales associate? Just have them enter the serial number and you’ll know whether it is black or not.
