Is 18 inches x 12 inches x 1 inch considered to be a medium or large for the BV Intrecciato hobo bag? (TM design)

& does the bag become more relaxed/slouchy over time with more use? Right now it looks pretty wide/maintains its shape when I have it on but I like the relaxed look more. Thanks in advance!

Hello

Can anyone help me confirm if this is a black or gray bag? I got it through a re-seller. The listing was described as black, but when I saw it in real life it is gray. I would appreciate any feedback

It could be Ardoise (a gray from 2014), the zipper fabric is gray. BV bags can be real chameleons as far as colour goes. They can look different depending on the lighting. If you want a black bag, you should ask for a return and get what you want :flowers:

The seller is refusing to allow me to return, and is claiming that the bag is black.
This is through poshmark.

Any advice? I feel genuinely taken advantage of, and I feel that the seller knew she was incorrectly listing it as black. Otherwise, she would accept a return and refund.
