Does this seem dodgy to anyone else? He's willing to sell it for 3,000! What a deal!

Hi! I want a BV someday and this one is just what I like. Can you give an opinion with the photos listed? There are only a few hours left!

Yes, these are all authentic, if the pictures are of the actual bag (and that is always an if). A lot of sellers are leaving eBay, and looking for another marketplace... one where the fees are not so high, and the seller has some protection, as well as decent traffic. eCrater has been suggested:

If you do use this marketplace as a buyer, I would suggest that you scrutinize the seller feedback as you should on eBay, and pay via Paypal where you have buyer protection, and better yet, use a credit card just in case things do not go well. You are breaking new ground, but competition will be good for eBay. Let us know how it goes!
Thank you so very much! This could be a vintage inbetween the very old BV's and the newer ones, and I don't know as much as I'd like on this group. The plastic hangtag always makes me suspicious. The detail that bothers me most is the look of the leather. It doesn't look like the woven nappa that BV uses--it looks thicker and grainier (if that's a word) than real BV woven leather. I wouldn't take a chance on it, but I can't absolutely say it's fake.
Hi gals can someone take a look at this cute little bag for me. Thanks!!
