Ladies I swear I will not buy from e-bay again just bought the large lock tote discussed here before (after I though I have clarified some issues with the seller about former non-paying buyers). Well, the bag is quite worn (not "slightly used but great condition", as described), the lock is not working, and there's a stripe split almost completely- I wrote to seller, will see what she says. She seemed to be a nice person-maybe somebody from here knows her and can help? Her e-bay id is psrtist?

I don't know that seller. The bag definitely sounds SNAD (significantly not as described) which is grounds for refund. Hopefully seller will do the honest thing and return all your money. Otherwise she faces a dispute she is likely to lose. I'm so sorry. I have no patience with deceptive people.
Thanks boxermom for your answer. She still seems ok, promised a refund, but says she goes on holiday today, so I can send it back next week. She says it buyer's remorse (it's not). I am so sad that I wasted so much time and money on this-I feel if I ever get my money back I'd rather buy at sales or from outlets-not a "pre-loved" purse for me ever.. I already started the paypal dispute, will close if I get the refund. I have actually bought a nice BV on e-bay before, but that was brand new.
Seller should be ashamed of herself! She did not disclose important information about the condition!

Welcome! To give an informed opinion, can you get a clear pic of the authenticity tag with the number code and also the interior font? The exterior looks good, but without the interior photos of the name and the tag code it's hard to say.
Both are correct!!I don't know about the dustbag--it might be a style they made for a short time. The important thing is the nameplates and zipper pulls are correct.

Hello boxermom , i wanted to thank you properly, i managed to win both bags, 201 euros and 274 euros,the sellers were very nice,
i did send them to my friend's adress cause i am still on a humanitarian fieldwork travel, they did receive them and they showed them to me via the cam through skype, and they are perfect 
I just now managed to win a bidding for another Bottega Veneta purse,an old one, it was a spontaneous bidding cause i caught the bag at the last moment, and since its a Green vintage one, and my favourite color is green for clothes, i didnt think twice, and i am pretty sure that i've made a dumb mistake, especially that the seller has a lot of neutral and negative points.
I wonder what would you think about it.

I believe it's authentic--I even had it on my "watch" list. It's hard to tell how worn it is, but it looks like a real BV to me.
Thanks for the additional pics--I wish my camera could take clear photos like this. This bag is black, right? (on my monitor one pic looks dark brown, but the others look black) The authenticity tag is good and the font is also, so it appears to be an authentic bag. Very cute style!

.The comforting fact is that the seller automaticaly gave me a positive comment on my ebay account for the purchase and thanked me for my rapid payment, and today, i mean the very same day because i bought it in the middle of the night :s, i received a mail from him with all the info and confirmation that he has dispatched it, so quick service, i hope all will go well.I will have to wait for my friend's feedback when she will receive it.
