Hello! I am BRAND NEW to BV, so please excuse my complete ignorance while I learn. :p Will an authenticator kindly take a look at the following auction?

Both are authentic. The brown bag is older and shows more wear. The black bag is from the 1990's. The brown one from the 1970's or 1980's. Normally we don't comment on price because it's subjective to each buyer, but in my opinion, the prices are reasonable for the age and condition.

The Lampo zipper makes me think this may be vintage - but there are some troubling signs here, and I'd wait for a vintage expert to comment.

Thanks again, ladies--I reported this auction, but the bidding is now up to $560 and eBay did not take any action on my report (yesterday evening). Perhaps someone with a little more "clout" could also report? I just hate the idea of someone paying so much (or anything, actually) for a fake bag! TIA!

They should include a clear photo of both sides of the white authenticity tag in the bottom of the bag that you can partially see in one photo as well as a clear photo of the metal plaque.

Thanks boxermom. I'll post pics when they arrive since I was so excited that I jumped the gun and bought it on the spot! Hope it's authentic.
