Hi Ladies,

I noticed a Sloane on eBay the other day that I was interested in...to my novice eye, the bag looked OK although the dustbag and associated care cards did not look like the ones that have come with my BV bags purchased in the past couple of years. I emailed the seller to request pictures of the authenticity tag, and she replied that she had torn it out (??? :amazed:).

I can't post a link from my office, but the auction is #261296844227.

Can someone take a peek and see what you think? I'm not comfortable bidding (even if it's authentic, I just don't like the idea of no tag) but I now see that it has a number of bids, and I would hate for someone to get fleeced if it's not authentic.

The Lampo zipper makes me think this may be vintage - but there are some troubling signs here, and I'd wait for a vintage expert to comment.
