Please help authenticate this...

Also, just wondering if any of you know how to interpret the new 2012 Authenticity Tag codes--aside from the info that it leads back to the artisan?

The only pattern I could see is they look like they start with a 'B', followed by 8 numbers and then another letter.

I'm not familiar with this style, but given what indiaink wrote about the style's provenance, and based on what I can tell from the photos, it seems authentic to me. You might wish for another opinion to be doubly sure.

I really don't know what to make of this bag. Some details look odd, but others look fine. Let's wait for someone else who might be more familiar with this style.

this looks authentic. I don't know if anyone has been told if the new codes on the tags mean anything other than a unique number for each bag. I sure don't know any way to interpret them.

Thanks heaps for the quick reply!

Too bad the new serial numbers don't appear too informative--for us, anyway. I wish even with these new numbers, they had kept the info with the model, date of manufacture and color codes.
