Hi hi,

Could someone please help me authenticate this MUB? :smile:

Bought it on VC based on my suspicion that it could be a S/S 2003 MUB, but I'm still a rookie and would love your knowledge please...

Front tag (last "A" does not look 100% like the first "A"):

Cannot seem to get a good photo of the back of the tag (from what I can make out IRL, 11043(or maybe 8)1•213048 and "made in italy" is all lowercase - it's like the grain on the leather got too soft and the stamping has kinda melded in...):

Zipper (also the same for the zip front, which makes me think of that Mastic 03 Weekender in Sept!):

With both zippers being the old style I'd guess S/S 03 but @Deco has a good question about the tassels.

No idea! PMing the seller on VC now, thanks! :idea:

The ones on the top zip are cut straight across, but on the little zipper are at an angle... it almost looks like there is stitching or a line going across the border of the tassels, but it isn't stitching.

I see the concern though vs. the one posted in that other thread re: thickness and length (I guess I assumed "tassels on VC are larger than they appear" lol).

They are also slightly wider and thicker than the tassels on my Third Season moto-tough FB hobo (maybe they split?), but less thick than my Second Season FB hobo.

The ridge above the tag resembles the one posted here - only it's a lot more pronounced in the one I have..

Actually now I'm not even sure because there are TWO rings on the top zip (took off the tassels to examine closer and found that)...

Guess we'll have to wait and see what the seller says. :-s:doh:
