IMPORTANT READ-ME

Please see post #1 for complete Balenciaga authentication rules. All requests must be posted in this thread. Authentications are not done via private message or in any other thread.

See the link below for examples of the photos needed and the format they should be in (clear, close up, forward-facing, no angles, right way up, no bends in tags).

https://forum.purseblog.com/threads/required-pics-for-balenciaga-authentication.741442/

A link to the listing in question is required.

It is an authenticator’s right to ignore a request that is not in the proper format. If the listing you are interested in is missing photos it is your responsibility to request them from the seller prior to posting in this thread.

Thanks and be well!

I'm not comfortable with F tags, all other details look good but we keep seeing the same colour code used on various bags. Doesn't mean it's not authentic, I'm just at a point where I don't want to authenticate F tags. @Deco , @atlantis1982 can you give your opinions?
All of the other bags in that color combo I've found online are using that same color code, so I would say authentic. That's a more difficult that usual bag to fake, and I don't see anything else that looks off.
Something about the F tag season when all the rules were thrown out the window at Balenciaga, I guess.

Hello! Please let me know if I’m doing this wrong, never used this forum before. Please help authenticate this Twiggy for me. I am confused about the numbers on the tag. Thank you! :3

Seller said it was his father’s. I think between 2005-2011?

Item Name: Balenciaga Twiggy

You're missing some of the necessary pics (bale, rivets) but from what is provided I don't see any red flags. If you're the buyer you can post your own pics once you receive the bag.
And date would be about 2005-2009ish based on the tag.

I will most definitely stay away from F tags in the future. For my own peace and to keep your sweet head from exploding.

It may be nothing at all, but to me something just seems hinky about that season. :shrugs:
I totally trust your gut and judgement. You've been doing this for years. And we are all very grateful to you, dear muchy. :hugs:
But I do believe my stinky one is authentic. The smell has lessened considerably and it's only very faint now.
Would be interesting to find another Bleu Roi and sniff that bag, haha.

First time I've heard that as a reason to buy a bag. Also, to everyone reading the AT thread, I repeat, I may be totally wrong about my F tag feelings, other very well qualified members here don't feel the same!

Hi, just wondering if I can check the authenticity of this bag? Rouge Theatre First purchased from Mercari JP. If you need more or better photos let me know, lighting in my house was garbage when I was trying to take these. TIA
