Not speaking to authentication but I love the Rockie. I've had several styles of AW bags and the Rockie is my favourite. Carries more than you'd expect and stays organized. The only negative IMO is that the small zip exterior pockets have zips that slowly slide down while you carry the bag (at least mine did) so I never carried anything in them. Not too heavy for me but I will admit I love large bags and so may be used to carrying a bit more weight than some people. The Rocco now, that's a different subject, I nick-named mine "the shoulder killer" and sold it to a male friend of mine!

Ooh, I'm used to carrying big bags, too, so hopefully I wouldn't have any problems with the Rockie! I have the Brenda, and I really hate the shoulder strap. Hope this one is better for me! Thank you so much!

I'm carrying Balenciaga and BV these days but am still on the lookout for a Rockie in the same colourway as that Rocco I had...iodine leather (the older version of the colour) with brass studs. Such a gorgeous combination! I had no issues with the Rockie strap at all. Good luck!

Update: I just got the bag, and it's' gorgeous! Are Rockie's supposed to have Lampo zippers?

(bag smells very strongly of the previous owner's perfume though bleh)

I have lampo zippers on a leather AW jacket, so they are used, but not very often. AW uses four styles of zippers depending on the leather/fabric used.

I see a few red flags; I will need to see a side view of handle and close up of rings holding the handles, and made in China tag. I would not purchase this without a closer look.
