It is not a first generation rocco. You may need to get a certification from a paid authenticator like Fake Spotters, but I'll message you with details of what I see looking at the exterior of this bag.

They are marked when they are sold as samples. Department stores do sell samples that are usually not returnable, some have holes in the interior tag, some have interior sample tags, some are embossed sample.

Hi! I just bought these Alexander Wang Abby Crystal-Embellished Sandals off eBay for $280. They were brand new without tags and the seller had perfect reviews for designer items, so I assumed it was fine. When they came, they were a tiny bit damaged and I became worried they were fake. I contacted the seller and she said she bought them from the Nordstrom clearance rack in the US which explains the slight damage and sticker on the sole. However, we are in Australia so it's hard to know what that means and my family thinks they are fake. The shoes seem perfect otherwise to me and have Alexander Wang and 'vena cuoio' on the bottom. They look fine to me. Seller should have disclosed the damage though.
