I do not have any idea about this scarf as I am not familiar with it. Does anyone know if the MCQ line should also have hand sewn edges? If it should, then this is fake. If not, then I do not know.
I've had a few McQ scarves and they had machined edges. I've never owned one of the razor blade scarves though so I probably can't help much beyond that.

There are not enough photos to authenticate. A clear close up of both tags front and back, the AMQ logo written on the scarf, the skull above the AMQ writing.
