The tag looks wrong. I hope you did not buy it. If you did, file a claim to gt your money back.

But has anybody lost the care label off their beloved scarf? If so are mcqueen customer care helpful at all? My scarf has huge sentimental value as my cousin purchased it just before he died and it is the last birthday gift he ever bought me...I'm devastated that my scarf is no longer complete as I know he worked so hard to save for the scarf for me...is there a phone number in Europe that I could contact them as emails probably won't get read in detail...any advice would be amazing as I am so upset that this has happened.

First off - I'm so sorry for the loss of your cousin.
I don't know if they replace labels, but I suggest enjoying and wearing the scarf in your cousin's honor. Having the label is very nice, but not really that important (especially since most/all have Alexander McQueen or AMQ incorporated in the design).
Don't usually say what the issues are as it helps fakers improve their fakes.
Need more pictures to authenticate the second one.
And manners cost nothing by the way.
