Sonics was a good choice. Many fewer altercations there than at regular walk in food establishments.

It isn't assault, but I was eating nuggets at the McDonald's across from jardin de luxembourg and someone pretending to sell a pamphlet came by, started babbling, and he put the pamphlet in front of my face and tried to steal my food off the table!!

I heard from my classmates it was common- poor people pretending to sell something or talk to you while they take your food.

At first I was outraged , then sad...they're hungry too!

Just googled it: it can either mean a slang word for a Norwegian or a type of shoes. I'm thinking it might not mean a pair of shoes but what does a (Weejun) Norwegian scuffle look like? On a second thought - it might mean a shoe scuffle??? still confused.

At least no one was seriously injured over fast food.

I believe he is referencing a weejun as in a shoe.
