If it was purchased within the past year from an authorized Tano retailer, you should return it to them and ask them to send it in to Tano for a free, expert repair.
If not, I would take it to a cobbler or tailor and have them restitch the lining & cell pocket. That should not be terribly difficult or expensive of a repair.
