Hello! I am new to TPF and am already finding everything so fun and helpful especially this thread! I have been considering getting a Tano bag after reading their rave review on BagSnob and I really like the Never Frou Frou. However, I don't know much about Tano bags. I know this one in particular is the Plush (I may be getting the type wrong) and it looks great at MHB (in love with the elephant color) but I have not seen it in person and I just thought I would get your thoughts. Thank you in advance for your help. It is greatly appreciated!

Lava and blaze are Fall 2 colors in the LUX leather. Flame is a pre fall color in the CRUNCH leather. Honestly theres no difference between these two leathers at this point. Lux is just the new name for crunch.

Thank you very much! And between blaze and flame... which would you say is more burnt orange?

Hey TE --
My sister just told me that the inside cell phone pocket is starting to come detached from the liner in her Boogie Bucket and the liner is starting to fray too. The bag is less than a year old. I know that this isn't normal wear and tear. I've never had that happen to any of my Tanos.
Is this something that Tano would fix?
