Ashley Graham - "plus sized" Sports Illustrated cover

Who are the models who are size 8?
Usually see them on Asos type sites who are more conscious/progressive in showing diversity in models or "urban" clothing sites. I think size 8 models are considered plus size as well, sadly.

I remember seeing a dress on Zara's website and on the model is was so blah...no shape, nothing special looking....got to the store, tried it on and it was so damn cute. I really wish retailers would embrace showing different body types in clothing similar to what many mid-range makeup companies are doing when they show swatches on 3 different skin tones. Makes a huge difference in consumer perception of the brand.

Oh I thought you meant famous models. I remember buying a dress from BCBG and it was nice and fitted, then I found it on the model on the website and it looked totally different. The dress just hung off her since she had no curves. So if I want to know what a dress would look like on me, Ashley would give me a better idea than most models.

That's my biggest gripe with Zara! All the models look so disheveled, their clothes are too baggy, too loose, don't fit them well at all and are sometimes styled horribly. Meanwhile, I randomly go into the store and it's actually cute stuff.

Ashley Graham sure knows how to rock that body.

The 29-year-old model was pictured modeling in the Florida Keys on Tuesday.

She posed across rocks in a tiny black bikini that put her body on show.

That bikini looks good on her because it's actually her size and something a regular person would wear to the beach, unlike those too small swimsuits she was wearing for Sports Illustrated with everything hanging out.

I really like that 2-piece, it looks good on her. As a matter of fact, can someone ID it?

I'm glad that retailers are making more stylish swimwear, undergarments, etc for women over a size 8. I used to hate shopping for swimsuits because having large boobs meant that I could only buy a one piece or the most basic boring 2 piece. And the sad thing about the 2 pieces used to be that you couldn't buy top and bottom separate...so either the top wouldn't fit and the bottom would or vice versa. Men don't know the struggle.

She's a body-image activist and role model for women of all shapes and sizes.

And on Tuesday, Ashley Graham flaunted her famous curvaceous bikini figure during a sexy Miami Beach photoshoot for Glamour magazine.

The 29-year-old swimsuit model rocked a white one-piece that left little to the imagination as she was fitted with a giant palm leaf headpiece.
