I'm now a normie - I Love my food. For years I didn't eat red meat back when I was weight obsessed. Before that I would go on fasts for as long as 10 days, and this was at a time when I weighed 115 (I'm 5'7"). That was extremely unhealthy, but I was very young & very dumb so I became underweight & anemic. Life is too short to live unhealthy by choice! When's lunch??
