Personally I should never dream of asking Hermes to authenticate something I had bought elsewhere and it surprises me that so many resellers offer refunds only if H have certified non authenticity .

Hi there, I know Brandoff is a reputable seller but I need help with the color. After contacting them, they said that they did not know which red this bag is either. I had originally asked if this was Rouge Casaque but now knowing it's an N stamp from 2010 and Rouge Casaque did not come out then, is this color Rouge Garrance or another red? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Seller history- zero
The receipt picture: it is not wiped with the pen.. Please see the picture. It looks like real receipt but why erase some items with such a weird way? Can you fake the receipt as well?
Stamp: left side said, O but right side said 68.S? What does it mean?
