I find your post very offensive. Our authenticators also "have a life" and that's why they have chosen to only authenticate bags for those who are contributing members of this forum. There are paid authentication services for those who are too busy or lack the interest to post in other areas of this forum.

I feel your post is impolite and inappropriate in tone, this is hardly going to motivate the Authenticators to jump to help you. Perhaps you didn't mean for it to read this way, I hope this is the case. It is personal, the Authenticators give their time voluntarily and the guidelines exist to make it easier for them and everyone else who use this thread for information and reference. Sometimes there are just so many requests at once, I've noticed a time lag in response but they all try their best to help as many as possible. So if your request is correct, then please be patient. If you haven't already done so, you can also cross reference with the sellers list and search for your seller in this post to at least give you some idea and background.
I do hope you get your answers soon.

I wouldn't touch this with a barge pool. Too many variables. The bag is not with the seller as you state that the Chinese seller is based in Japan and too much coming an going with it. You will end up back here asking again if it is authentic. It is not our usual preference to answer those types of requests. I suggest you pass on this for your peace of mind. I think this could be a mine field.

But I was quite certain the bag is authentic since its from Malleries until today I purchased a new one from the Hermes boutique in Togo leather as well. I will be providing some pics of the comparisons of the 2 bags that I think differs the most. The leather feels different also ( the gold one feels a lot thicker and when I pull the straps it's makes a friction noise.. But I'm not sure if its because the bag is from year K so the leather have changed through time and use? Please help. Many thanks

If you have concerns you need to contact the seller directly. They will probably tell you that you will need a written report if you are disputing authenticity. We can't do that for you here,

If this is genuine hermes, is the leather Swift?

The Lindy is authentic in my opinion, it is Prune. I think Swift is one of the lighter leathers around. Any all leather bag is much heavier than a canvas and leather bag, or something like a Vuitton canvas.

Irrespective of any views I have about the images, I find the bag history odd frankly. The seller says it was "offered to my husband by a Saudi princess". There is little to go on in the way of sales of similar items. I am not up to this kind of purchase personally. Hermes do not authenticate bags as a service to the public.
