Can it be used on the Bleeker leather ? I have a black large flap bag and want it to stay in good shape.

I also have on the way a legacy whiskey Ali & wristlet and a pond shoulder bag, is the Apple good for them?

yup, I used it on my Bleeker leather zip top hobo (pic attached and borrowed from the *bay) and it really made it shine

Yes, Bleeckers are made from burnished leather, which is fine to use conditioner, just not cleaner. I have used it on my Legacy bags as well with great results.

Leatherstuff.com is also having a sale now. 'FALL" gets you 20% off.

Cool , I will have to check it out. I also got a vintage Coach in the mail yesterday. The husband likes it better than any of the new ones, he really likes the leather on it, so I need to give it a little TLC and then I will post some pics. He said I should try for more of the vintage bags.

Yeah but he isn't the one wearing the bag! The guys do seem to like the plain leather ones better instead of the "chick" bags with designs on them, or bright colors.

In general I would say that's true, but DH likes my pink bags, lol! In fact, he usually chooses pink over another color that I might be considering, so IDK... :p

Apple works fab on burnished leather. The only time you can run into a problem is with something really porous or even the burnished leather colors where the dye is not cured well. Some people have reported problems with the brighter color bags, but I have had no issues. The Madelines seem to be the worst. Sometimes you do take off a bit of dye with conditioner, but it's usually just the top layer. It's also sometimes a good thing because that means the bag will be worse about color transfer, so if you can condition it and then seal it a bit with the spray, that will help a little. Just be careful if you notice the dye being lifted, and don't rub too hard and be consistent and even. I've never had a problem, but I've had some members PM me with such issues, so I just wanted to point that out.

Has anyone used Apple yet on their sabrinas? Did it cause any problems? I was thinking of getting the Apple Leather Care and the Apple Rain guard. Is it ok to use both? I have never done this before but I want to protect her. I just want to make sure I don't mess it up.

hi all
i just received my order from apple leahther care products. I bought the water/stain repellant, and the conditioner/cleaner combo. Can these use on all leather, especially the old legacy leather. I'm thinking about to apply on my lily, orange peaterd ergo, madeline, bridgit, vintage hampton carryall. Should I apply the conditioner first or the stain/water repellant first? This is my first time using it. thanks

The conditioner is gentle enough to use on just about any leather (not suede or nubuck). The cleaner I would use with much more caution. Generally I condition the leather first, then use any protectant to give added protection.
