My Apple Conditioner from Day Timer arrived yesterday! I've appled my new bags. I've noticed that there is a strange smell to it. It reminds me of bug juice! Yeah, when I was a child, I squished a few bugs--like moths, caterpillars (not intentionally), and nasty biting ladybugs (yeah, they flew around me and have bitten me very hard--therefore, I squished them)--and they have a funny funky plant-like smell. That's why apple conditioner reminds me of--bug juice!

Love the Apple conditioner (thanks Amy - grayaxie - from the FALL ROAK!!!!)
Use it on:
Legacy leather Leighs in camel and black
Legacy leather wallets in camel and black
Madeline - black leather

I may order more today...esp if that "FALL" 20% off is still valid!
Thanks!

I've always wondered WHY OH WHY the Coach conditioner would contain silicone?
Doesn't make sense, does it?!?!?

I'm hoping one of you experts can help me... I have a leather Julianne and the care card says not to use Coach moisturizer.

I use Apple, and I don't see why I couldn't use it on this new leather. Any thoughts?

My Apple order arrived yesterday in anticipation of my newly acquired Raisin '07 Shoulder bag.

I purchased the Apple Conditioner and also the Rain & Stain Guarde on the recommendations from everyone here.
Guess what got the bejeezus conditioned into it the first night that I had her?

One question that I have that has not been covered yet in this thread is how long does it take to fully dry after it has been conditioned?
A few hours? 12 hours? A day?
I probably was a little bit more 'liberal' with the amount that I used in the application and all, but the leather to me seemed really dry and was drinking it up as quickly as I applied it!
(Imagine that, a thirsty Raisin!)

I will probably spray it sometime today with the Guarde but not until it looks like it is completely dried from the uber conditioning it got.
I will apply it a little more sparingly on my two new outlet babies and then Guarde them too.

I even got the discount with the promo code "Fall" so a big THANK YOU for posting that info here TxCoachGirlie!

Hi,

I just checked the leatherstuff website and they have a apple suede cleaner? Has anyone used this on their bags? I still have that stain on my coach suede purse and I would love to get rid of it.

Thanks.

I have been using the suede cleaner on a suede soho bag I have that had a stained corner (not sure what did it, but put on a light application the first time) and I'm using it in small increments. Some of my stain is gone, and some color came off, but I'll use it again, let it dry and put it in a LITTLE BIT of sunlight to help it dry. I'll probably follow up with another small application of it to that spot to see if I can dull the edges of the stain some more (the rest looks somewhat improved).

Thanks Bunny! I will have to order it.

I have an ergo burnt orange large hobo. I'm not fond of pebbled leather, and I baby my bags, but after apple cleaning it once a week, there is still color transfer or just plain dirt in the pleated area. I would like to clean it up to sell on 'bay, since this was really the worst bag I have bought in terms of keeping clean. Would the Apple cleaner work on this. I tried the tape method--didn't really work well, because between the pleats is too large. Frankly, I did not even wear a lot of jeans with it--just work clothes commuting.

Any suggestions on some heavy duty cleaning! Thanks!
