You know, I am not sure of the shelf life to be honest. I would think it should be fine, but if you are really nervous about it, try emailing Leatherstuff to see what they say about it.

I did a search on this and was unsuccessful at finding my question. Sorry if this has been covered, but will this product be safe for full grain leather? I have a pair of the Natale boots in Whiskey, and would like to use the conditioner as well as the rain repellent. Thank you.

The best/safest place to ask that question would be the manufacturer's site. :smile1:

Psily,
You could always try a small un-seen area of the boots that you can test the product on.
I mean just because the manuf. doesn't say it won't affect it is by no means an opinion in stone.. .and yes if putting the product on your item screwed it up it might not be something you could get them to replace.

So test, and if all good, then apply over the entire thing.

Hello everyone, I did a search in this post to try to find this answer but I didn't find it. I know that some people have said they use "apple" cleaner on their cherry sabrina. I have a few questions:

1. What is apple cleaner? Where do I get one?
2. Should you use that if you are only spot cleaning? I read people were using it on their entire bag but I just want to do a tiny spot clean.
3. Is there a certain kind of clothe you need to use with it? Like cotton, paper towel, doesn't matter,...
4. Can I use that apple cleaner on ANY type of leather?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi,
Apple moisturizer is a more natural product. It doesn't have Silicone in it like Coach moisturizer and cleaner. Apple has both Moisturizer and Spray. Some Fellow TPFers have purchased Apple online. I have found mine at Burlington Coat Factory.

You can spot clean but I would also moisturize the whole bag. Less likely to have uneven color spots.

As far as what to clean or moisturize with, use a soft cotton cloth - like an old t-shirt or dishtowel!

Good Luck!!!

Lynne :D

Hello! I am new to the thread, and I had a couple of questions for your Coach gurus...! I hope someone can help!!!

1) I am considering buying a Coach Legacy 10328 on Ebay in Whiskey, but there is some staining on the bottom, I am not certain what the stains are, but I was wondering if people have had good luck cleaning the Coach Legacy leather?

2) What is the Apple stuff everyone is talking about on the Coach Threads!

3) I have a Coach Legacy Satchel 12704 in the Purple/Amethyst color, in the Garcia Leather. I have taken good care of the purse and rarely used it, but the purse is starting to get a distressed look, is this normal? I am thinking about selling the purse on Ebay myself, because I think it might soon look more brown than purple/amethyst!

Thank you!!!

*Bump*~I'm going to order the Apple Conditioner for my hippie..From what I have seen in this thread, it seems to be the Best product to keep my bag in good condition. I may also try the spray treatment to.

I just bought my first bottles of apple moisturizer and stain garde. I already sprayed my bag with the stain garde. Should I use the apple moisturizer over top of it? What is the proper order for applying apple products? Should I put the moisturizer on first and then the stain garde on the next bag that I do or vice versa?
