I used apple on my small black croc sophia and haven't had any problems. It just has a nicer shine to it and a bit softer. I didn't use the rain guard-too nervous about that.

In a few previous posts some people used the apple spray on the croc maggies/audreys without any noticeable change but with the leather conditioner someone mentioned you might lose some of the sheen. I believe the madison has similar croc leather...someone correct me if I am wrong.

I got the impression that the spray didn't affect the look, feel of these type of leathers but offered some protection.

I lightly sprayed my croc Audrey and it didn't affect the color, texture at all and is hopefully a little water repellent now.

I'm curious to know which style bags and/or type of leathers can or can not be 'appled'.

So I figured if all you lovely coachies can post what you've successfully 'appled', this can sorta be a reference thread, esp for a newbie like me :p

And when you use the term 'appled' - do you mean cleaner or the care conditioner?

ETA: Can you use state the bag or type of leather, color and what apple product was used.

Thanks soooo much in advance! :cutesy:

I've appled all of my bags, across brands. I mean conditioner and the rain garde. I've heard cleaners are harsh, so I've never bothered with the Apple cleaner. The apple leather conditioner does clean though.

I use the Apple conditioner and spray (to protect from rain). I used both on the legacy leather bags that I have owned

I'd like to know if anyone has successfully conditioned and/or sprayed the new gathered Sophia or gathered Madison shoulder bag

So many of the care cards in bags advise not to use conditioners on the bags that I've decided to only use the apple conditioner when the leather in a bag looks like it's drying out. I appled my teal Sabrina because the leather had several surface scratches and looked dry, and it helped quite a bit, but the leather lost a lot of it's original shine or sparkle. I go by the old saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it."

I would like to know also and where can you buy it?

You can also find it at Burlington Coat Factory usually. You may have to hunt around the coat section but it's usually at the end of an aisle. I've also seen it in the shoe section a couple times, kind of randomly tossed with stuff on the endcap. I have gotten the conditioner and the rain guarde spray there.

Has anyone used apple on the midnight madison maggie? i notice mine is looking a little dry kinda, and there are creases in the leather that look like black lines. I'm hoping the conditioner would help this, but i don't want to ruin the bag, so i'm a little scared lol

i'm curious about the madison leather too...I have a raisin hailey that seems really dry and stiff and I wanted to try it but am a little nervous to.
