I just bought the metallic Peyton (The white gold-ish one) and it says not to use any cleaner or moisturizer. However, I have heard of people on here using Apple products for leathers despite the instructions. Has any one used Apple on the metallic Peyton or the other Bleecker bags in that color? What about the spray? If I knew I could clean it, I would be more likely to keep it! Any help would be appreciated!

I want to treat my new YSL Muse Two with Apple rain and stain repellent, particularly since the inside of my new baby is suede, and I hear it works well on suede too.

How do I do it? I do not know how. Would appreciate step by step instructions from the veterans.

If you search this thread for info on metallics you will get all the info you need.

Basically, don't condition it, but you may be able to spray protectant on it. :yeS:

Sometimes their ebay store is cheaper than the leatherstuff website. Maybe check there. Their seller id is leatherstuff.com

i accidently sat on my burnt orange ergo this morning and i realized
some of the blue from my jeans have transferred to it!! i used baby wipes
immediately but the stains are still there n VERY NOTICEABLE :cry:
anything else i can try?

Yes--I bought the conditioner and Rain Repellent at Burlington about a week ago. It wasn't easy to find in the store. It was at the end of a aisle of coats.

Has anyone used the Apple Garde Rain & Stain Repellent on the Parker Hippies? Will it be ok?... the leather is sort of different on this bag and I'm afraid to try it.

I was just going to ask the same question regarding the Parker shoulder bag... I think it will be ok as I have used this product on Balenciaga bags with great results (also very soft leather), would like like to hear if somebody else has tried it. TIA!

Yes and yes. I thoroughly coated it twice because I have the pink and was worried about color transfer. Love this stuff!
