Anyone received the Feather Charm?

I ordered both last night. At first, the customer service person said "well, that's strange", put me on hold, then came back and said she could. I am crossing my fingers that they ship!
The item number for the $50 feather charm that I ordered from Jax yesterday is 63713G. I received a shipping notification same day and thru tracking info provided it will arrive Monday
I ordered it early this morning, they said it was in stock, the $50, and I have an order number but no shipping notification. When I look up my order number and zip it says it cannot be found....getting freaky now
A little more feather fob info and some more pictures - (repeating a bit to consolidate) - the fob with the leather feather and ball chain is $50. & the stock # is 67313G. The hardware & metal feather on this one are a shiny black.

What number are you calling to place the order? I have used the 888-262-6224. When I called last night the rep said it was sold out after searching a few systems. The rep I spoke with tonight said that the style was invalid and that I needed to use style no. from the website. What?

I called 877-973-3350. She said that it was a popular item and that they were" flying" off the shelves.
