Anyone received the Feather Charm?

Wow, sounds like literally everyone is getting different stories.

I ordered the $50 one this past Saturday morning. Called my local store first, and although they could see it in their system, they could not convince the system to accept an order. I had to call Jax instead and placed the order that way. (Now I'm watching its tracking number hop from state to state. Should arrive at my store for me tomorrow.)

If that pic from instagram is the $60 one ..... well I like the idea of a gold feather, but is it just me or does the chain seem awfully big/clunky for the feathers themselves? :-/ :thinkin:

Well, my understanding is that TODAY the edict came down from Corporate that they are not allowing SAs to place orders for these items. Maybe you should try to call today. You can always return the $60 one if you don't like it.

I am fine with the $60 one that I ordered and that will arrive tomorrow. I am not the one having issues with it lol. :p:D

You're not the only one that had that problem trying to order from a store.

Coach has got a hit on their hands, and if they've got an ounce of financial sense about them, they'll order more....then they need to come up with more stuff like the feather charms.

Yeah, I know, I had seen your message later that morning on the other thread (where you'd mentioned a problem, then right after, said 'problem solved'). The irony was that when I looked back at the timing of my call and order confirmation, I'd been calling Jax literally while you'd been posting that you were having a problem. That's what I mean ... seems to be a different story from every Coach employee. :shrugs:

Right now I'm dying to see the $60 one (though I'll be among the disappointed if it turns out to be the one seen on IG).

Heck, I never did get a straight answer, but a friend was able to order and ordered two.

There is actually a long story to go along with the 3 times I called Jax before my friend emailed me that she had managed to order two of them........
 
I just called jax and they are still taking orders for the $50 one as of 5 mins ago. I didn't order it as I want to see my $60 one first (which is arriving tomorrow). I wanted to see what the story was though on whether you can order it or not, so I called.
 
I called this weekend to order the $50 charm and SA could not place order in system so she did a backorder with no issues. It is suppose to arrive tomorrow.
 
Oh WTH, why does Coach do this? They are probably the big give away they will give to their new VIP customers at launch event. Which of course I probably won't get invited to. I really want this fob too

Heh, well, the cluster--$#%& apparently continues. Mine is out for delivery to my local store (whenever I order something, I do shipment to the store to avoid ups/fedex issues). I just called to give them a heads up that something should be arriving for me today.

This sales associate (a lovely woman who's usually completely on top of her game) said that at their store, they just got an email this morning -- presumably the email mentioned above -- that these feathers are not to be sold and are to be used for a special giveaway.

I've never a seen a story go in so many directions at one time.
