I don't know if I'm getting bling but I'm giving my mom white gold earrings to go with a pendant I got her this year. They're hoops and I ordered them online so hopefully they'll look good.
I also ordered a pearl necklace and earring set for my sister, its freshadamas from Pearl Paradise, waiting on those also!
No idea if DH is getting me bling, maybe not since I got diamond earrings this year for my b-day.

This year I'm buying my boyfriend a sterling silver necklace to match his sterling silver bracelet.

I love this thread. I was thinking of starting a "Bling for Holidays?" thread and came upon this. Keep the ideas coming!!
I usually give and recieve bling every year: I'll gift my mom a pretty necklace (last year was grey pearls) and spoil my sister with something shiny (fancy-ish costume jewelry, like a lavendar jade and amythest ring), and my parents and dbf will give me some form of bling.
Unfortunately, no jewelry will be being given or gotten this year in my clan - times are tough.

Our 7th year anniversary is 3 days after Christmas. Originally I wanted a 7 stone diamond band to wear along with my Tiffany Tenderness ring (that I got for our 5th year anniversary). The 7 stone rings did not look right, so I decided to get 2 diamond anniversary bands to sandwich the Tenderness ring...I have the same thing going on with my e-ring and wedding bands. Anyways, DH said since I was getting 2 rings, 1 is for Christmas and the other is for our anniversary! I can't wait to wear them.
