That is baloney! I havent been happy with some of the bags they have in store and always ask for one to be shipped to store and they always have

I bought yesterday the bb size in red. It was a bit of an impulse buy and now I’m not so sure... I haven’t taken it out of the box yet, so not sure if it fits my iPad mini....
I did want to buy a special present for me, but I was so overwhelmed with all the different options (not only LV), and this bag wasn’t even on my list... I liked it though in the boutique...

Congratulations! It looks beautiful.
I love this bag in the BB size. My only peeve..the strap buckle digs into my shoulder when carrying it after some time. I am wondering what I should do about it.

I looked at this bag today in the cream and also in the black. The zipper on the cream was smooth, but the black was super stiff—really hard to close. I read this thread and saw that some people have problems with zippers. Was this problem on all colors?

I did not -- and still don't -- have any problem with my zippers on the monogram with bordeaux (larger size). The zippers work very smoothly.

I went to the store today to look at this tote in different sizes/colors, and I looked at three of them. Just wanted to share that each tote's zipper was very different in terms of it being easy or difficult to zip -- whether it was a bb or the larger one. One tote was really difficult to zip, and another was much easier. So, it makes sense that some people on this thread are having an easier time or more difficult time zipping this bag. I do think this bag is gorgeous -- in both sizes and all colors!
