i saw some tano handbags but i haven't seen one with a detachable strap. any tano experts out there know if there is one that does?

Yes- I would suggest centerfold, which is in stores now in spring colors and will be in stores in August in new colors for Fall, and also some new styles (seee pics below) which will shipping to stores in Aug and Sept (I dont have these in my store, Im not trying to solicit sales, just trying to be helpful.)

I love detachable shoulder straps. JCMadison just sent an email about Elisa Atheniense bags, a new favorite. Not all her bags have detachable straps, but the ones below all have two sets of straps, and a few appear to be detachable. From $600 to $900. The last one is my favorite. Reminds me a bit of the Botkier Sasha Duffle.

I have a Chloe Ava Satchel that has a removable shoulder strap..it is very handy!
