I love this thread and so I am coming out of hibernation to contribute. Here is my ‘love heart’ twin mabe pearl ring with rose cut diamonds, set in rose gold and silver.
Sorry if the photo is a bit blurry.
ETA it was originally a brooch which was repurposed many years before I bought it.
1860s.

I don't have a lot of vintage jewelry and only two pieces that would count as antique, but I am fond of these. One is a necklace, bracelet, brooch set from the 1950s that my mother used to wear. Note: what looks like tarnish on the brooch is just a reflection -- the whole set is in mint condition. I love their red, pink, blue and greenish-yellow iridescence. The other piece is a 1950s Marcel Boucher pair of gold and tiny pearl earrings that I bought at a famous antiques and jewelry store in Brussels (L'Ecuyer on the Avenue Louise). They're not that valuable per se, but the paper trail that came with them showed they once belonged to Brigitte Bardot! :flowers:

^^ passerine, the rhinestone set is a real blast from the past. I love that you have a whole set. I have never seen a bracelet or necklace before. The greatest treasure from my childhood was a brooch made from similar material, gifted to me from my grandmother! Your photo took me back!

I have a few vintage pieces but this is my most recent one. I inherited this ring from my aunt. It belonged to my great aunt and it is her wedding ring from 1915. Apparently she married a "philanderer and drunk" according to family lore but she had the strength to divorce him, which was quite rare in those days. So I see this ring as a sign of her strength to go against the grain during a time when women didn't have a lot of choices.
