Good god! What a terrible cow she is!
Her 'panthere' ring design looks like Cartier. I'm surprised Cartier has not sue her like Vancleef did to Heidi Klum.
I was considering to get the arrow earring and now I am boycotting her products. Rest assured I will be telling my family and friends about this.
Just ignore her and let karma do her work.

This is the 2nd thread I've read about a jewelry designer going off on someone on social media about fakes/copies/inspired designs. (Kimberly McDonald had a similar meltdown on TPF.) You'd think anyone with a commercial interest and good sense would avoid lashing out at individual consumers who clearly admire their designs/products.
I don't like knock-offs, but there are very few truly original designs and as far as I'm concerned Instagram is all about sharing images and style content.

WOW....talk about anita ko overreacting!. I agree with everything posted here. she did not invent the ear cuff, yes maybe it's similar in design but still! the design itself is not original in anyway. now if it were the arrow earring then yes maybe she has a point but this is a complete over reacting on her part and frankly when designers act like this it really turns me off of the brand.
something similar happened on TPF when designer Kimberly macdonald commented on a thread here. it's downright distasteful and IMO very tactless of her to demand this of you.
if anything she should be commenting on how amazing her arrow earring looks on you! instead she chose to be negative and a diva.....such a shame!!!

completely turned me off of her work as well. I really like anita ko's work but if this is how she reacts to customers mixing and matching designers well then....she's losing a lot of customers through TPF! not a group of consumers you want to upset!!

on a positive note can I just say you have a beautiful collection of jewellery and I love your designs!!! also you're basically my neighbour, I went to university in Waterloo at Laurier

These peices are not so unique that I'd buy from them after these outbursts....I want to believe the designers I support are rational, kind humans....sort makes me appreciate Jennifer Fisher even more for her quality instagraming & general decency.
exactly, speaking of jennifers....Jennifer Meyer is another great designer. I follow her on instagram and she is kind and always complimenting other designers on their work. I'd buy from her in a heart beat!

I was living in Waterloo when my husband was at school, kind of miss that place the winters were less harsh than Ottawa!

wow! can I just say OP you are handling this very tastefully...I would be speechless if a designer commented like this on one of my photos celebrating their designs!
