Thanks, I am still waiting for an apology and a response on how I can get my money back!!

Well, if she doesn't want you to buy her jewelry, they should be able to process your return ASAP.

Can you dispute a credit card charge if they take too long? Track everything and get/save all documentation.

Talk to the manager or owner of the store where you bought the item too. If they carry other brands, they may want to put an end to your return process quickly for damage control. I would not wait on an apology from the designer - she is too far gone.

If it is her online store, it could be owned by someone else too.

The store claims no involvement with the comments Anita left online, which is true, but as her 'representative' I hope they are making a serious effort to speak with Anita and arrange my return.

Good lord, Anita truly has delusions of grandeur. According to her IM, she's going to make a shark tooth necklace. Um, Givenchy anyone? And who else before Givenchy?

Just be happy you didn't spend the money to buy one of her diamond ear cuffs. I bought the Anita Ko double-row diamond pave ear cuff from Broken English about two months ago. My initial reaction when I opened the package was disappointment that it didn't arrive in an Anita Ko box (although her boxes that Net-A-Porter sends are just the cheapy velvet boxes, anyway) and then further disappointment in the quality of the diamonds and the way the diamonds are set. There's very little sparkle, and the pave is not set level throughout the cuff - the diamonds are tilted every which way. There's also not a metal hallmark engraved anywhere on the ear cuff like there is on my arrow earring. I contacted Broken English to ask about that, and Lunch Brent (the name listed as the contact on the email) assured me that they stand by their jewelry, so I took his word for it that it is indeed 18kt gold.

After reading her post to you, I'm kicking myself even more for not taking the time to return the piece to Broken English. Sheer laziness on my part.

Anita Ko, your posts make you sound like a hag. Shame on you!
