Does anyone have any SA contact at the woodbury outlet? I saw a bag that I REALLY want..not sure if they do shipment within the US? Actually, I called the Chanel outlet this morning and they said they don't take phone orders...is that true? plz help....

Unfortunately, it is true that they do not take phone orders.. I'm sorry! You have to shop in person at the outlet.
