It is such a wonderful deep colour, I think it will go with everything. I am just going to dip my toe in with just a wallet later in the year.

I agree that it'll match with most colours. But from what I've seen in the photos here, I think it'll look so good with cream/off-white, beige, purple, pink, black, blue, and more cooler, F/W shades.

Weird thing is, I mentioned Amarante to my SA and he had no idea what I was talking about! I feel like going to a more knowledgeable SA now...

Vuittonamour- I wonder if we have the same Coach bag! I have the patent leather Gallery Tote in mahogany- it's like a deep burgundy/brown/a little reddish in sunlight. I wear it with black all the time, and pretty much any other color, it goes great. The amarante looks similar to me, but a little more on the "grapey" side, so I think I'll have to see it IRL before I can decide if it would go well with a lot of colors.

yepp! it's sad though, i don't use ANY coach anymore and sold off most of my pieces but i can't bring myself to sell certain pieces. so while they could be contributing to new LV, they're just sitting in my closet
