Haha, I feel the same about purchasing from brands like BV, Dior, Celine…but I have to admit I love Andiamo and the Certificate of Craft gives me peace of mind that they will always try to repair damages and after 2 years (if it’s needed of course) bag replacement…but I guess they stand by the quality of the bag, otherwise they didn’t offer the lifetime guarantee?

I think this will be the first price increase after the release of Andiamo in 2023. They might want to make it more exclusive? Also heard from SA they want to limit production of the bags more from now…🤔

That makes sense, I really feel like even though the Andiamo is a new release, it has the feel of a classic to it. I suppose the fact they have offered a lifetime guarantee, with future bag replacements if required, means they are unlikely to discontinue it any time soon, in which case it's better to get it earlier rather than (several price increases) later...!

I wouldn't be surprised if Bottega starts trying to limit production sometime soon, it's a way for them to raise demand for their bags and also to solve the issue of low resale value. The price tags are definitely exclusive so limited production to reinforce that makes sense.

Or do you only get one if you purchase via the Bottega website? The Bottega website doesn't have the small Fondant Andiamo in stock in Australia :sad:

Mine did not come with one from net a porter. But the one I bought from the boutique did.

I managed to get one and it was VERY difficult. they intentionally are limiting produciton. It's a great size that holds a lot and is dramatic in the cutest way. I saw someone wearing one then had to have it. It's so chic.

Thanks for chiming in! I forgot to update that I added one to my collection as well in fondant. I agree, phenomenal clutch and fits a ton. So odd that it’s always on “pre-order” 🤔

That is the colour cognac 😊. New season releases 7th of Feb. I saw this colour andiamo + wallets in this colour in the store but they are not aloud to sell it yet. So from 7th of Feb you will see this colour in stores 😊. X

I see they are now doing the Andiamos with non-tonal hardware where the straps pass through and metal straps instead of leather? Not sure how I feel about this, I feel it makes the bag quite busy-looking, but I suppose solves the issue of strap wear...
