i haven't seen one yet in real life. but now that they are starting to ship, i wonder if i will see them on every street corner!

i used to love the balenciaga motorcycle bag but now that i see it everywhere i'm tired of it.

i also see the corinna and folely pagoda shaped bag all the time

i hope that doesn't happen with the coco duffle! i don't want to get tired of looking at it!!!

i received it yesterday!:yahoo: it's so gorgeous in person and perfectly pebbled all over. it is a little small, compared to the sizes of bags i'm used to carrying but i'm planning to keep it anyway. i am able to fit the bag over my shoulders but barely, it starts to feel uncomfortable. so it's best to wear on your arm and it's also heavy! yesterday i used it for an hour and my arm started to hurt but then again, it may be all the stuff i had in the bag. i will take photos sometime today, including all the do dads that can fit inside.:smile1:

i haven't seen not one person with the coco where i live, which i love because i would be the only one (that i know of) with it! i love that this bag is eye catching and unusual. not your typical LV, gucci or coach that you seen everyone and their mom with.:supacool:

oh yeah, and a funny thing that happened. when i showed my mom the coco yesterday, she thought it was amazing, really admiring the pebbled leather until she saw the studs and she thought it was scary! lol then my grandma said, if anyone tries to mess with me, i can knock them over the head with it. :sneaky:

Congrats. Glad you got it and glad you love it. I hope I am able to get one. I am a little worred abouit the size for me too, I carry bigger bags too. Looks like it may be comparable in size to my LV speedy. Anyway, maybe I will be able to tell from your pics.

So far, I have not seen any others in my area yet. The SA's at Saks and Neimans said mine was the first they saw too. This is a pretty fashionable place, lots of Chanel, Gucci , LV, Fendi & Choo. I think maybe if I went to the clubs I would see one, but I don't really go out anymore.

If I did see someone with one though, I would try to compliment them on their good taste ;).

My friend who lives in Connecticut, NY, just told me she got my package. I will be going to NY next week & pick it up. Well, I have it mailed there because no tax + I go there all the time, too. I will have a drive test on her while I'm there. I'm very excited right now, I'm sure we'll have a lot of fun together.:p So, anybody here from NY, if you see a fashionista, 5'1" 110 lbs, Asian petite lady trotting an AW Coco bag, that would be me, say Hi okey? I'll post some pics when I come back.

Congrats on getting the coco duffel. Please post some pics. I have seen plenty of pics, but I am interested to see if it looks like it does on all those hollywood stars. I definitely like it the way it looks when being carried as opposed to the round duffel shape if you know what I mean. I am on some waiting lists, and I so hope I can get this bag. So, please, please post pics when you get her. TIA.

net-a-porter just e-mailed me today and told me they have mine in so i ordered it! it should be here either monday or tuesday!

Don't get me wrong, I am SUPER excited..but when it came down to actually buying it, I found myself having second thoughts. I LOVE the bag, but it is very edgy and does make a statement so i'm afraid a lot of people won't understand it and look at me weird. Do you guys ever think this?

The first time I've seen this bag, I know I want it. I've no 2nd thoughts nor regrets of buying this bag at all. I know it's very edgy, eye catching & a conversation piece, plus it looks great w/ anything. I'm sure you will get a lot of stares, whether they love it, jealous of you, wonder where you bought it, admire it, whatever it is they're thinking, WHO CARES! don't let other people stop you from buying or wearing what you love, carry it w/ pride & confidence & you will look Amashing! ;)

Hi guys,

I have been reading most of this thread, because ever since I first saw this bag on blogs on the internet in june I have been dying to buy one. I have watched tons of them come and go on ebay but they all went for the full price (845+) or more. I was hoping to find one for a good price. I came across a Buy It Now Alexander Wang Coco Duffle the other day and I think I was so excited that I found one for a BIN of $200 that I just BIN. FAIL. Right after I did, I e-mailed the seller saying that I want to make sure it is authentic blablabla and she said she got it on ioffer.com (I didn't know what that site was so I had to go look... and there were tons of AW cocos on there for super cheap $300 and less I'm sure all fake) Anyway, I asked if she could authenticate it for me and she said no that she didn't have time (fail) but since I already bought it she shipped it and I got it today. I am like 99% sure it is fake because the leather isn't as pebbled as the ones on MK and Kristen C and Ashley T... but it is a good fake in the sense that it is still really heavy (because of the studs)... No store where I live carries the bag (or alexander wang in general) so I cannot take it in anywhere to authenticate it (even though I am pretty sure it is a fake). Now my dilemma is how do I go about getting rid of it? I do NOT want to be carrying around a fake bag or support it in any way shape or form. BUT I do want my $200 back. I am paranoid about keeping my 100% positive feedback on ebay so I am scared to ask the seller for a refund because I guess I am blaming myself for being stupid to fall for a too good to be true deal. What do you guys think I should do? Thanks :)
