unfortunately, i have not received it. it should be delivered sometime tomorrow. i emailed customer care at alexander wang regarding the delay on my bag and they are planning to refund the $10 i paid for 2 day air, so it's basically like i paid for ground shipping ($15). one more day! i will definitely post pictures when i receive it :)

Mick Margo has the bag with silver studs online now- shipping Oct 15-Nov 15.
The photo is showing the same grainy texture as the gold stud. I don't know if I prefer the gold or silver. I can always return it.

I think they have one left for pre-order. I used coupon code GRECHENS10 for 10% off. The 35% off code is no longer valid.

It looks like Alexander resort 2010 will have another bag using the same studs.

I just emailed Nadine. Mine isn't supposed to come before November - I told her I don't understand how a newly ordered bag will be shipped prior to mine, since I paid for mine weeks ago....

We'll see what she replies...

Well, in terms of stock it depends on whether or not you had pre-ordered for the bag that is shipping out right now. If you have pre-ordered a few months ago, they were for the silver studs. The ones we are waiting for that are shipping out in november- are for the original gold/brass studs.

I don't blame them for expanding on this bag, but the Black Coco w/ brass studs still looks the best, though. They even have the Grey version w/ Silver studs, :nono:but it doesn't have the textured, pebbled leather which makes the black more interesting. I'm still in love w/ the original version, Black Coco w/ brass studs.:love: No question about it!

Just curious, does anyone here ever seen anybody wear this Coco bag in your area? I live in Hawaii, Honolulu where there's a lot of tourist & fashionistas, too, but never seen anybody w/ this bag. That's why I'm so looking forward to receiving this bag, I want to be the first 1 here. hehe :p Maybe in NY or the bigger cities you can spot ladies w/ this bag as this has been sold out for sometime now. :search:The last time I was there, was in July & I didn't see anybody. Well, I'll be going back again to NY next week, I'll have to watch out for this bag again.:borg1:
