They seem to think that i showing them pictures of a different bag which is insane.
I got it for 744. which was not much of a sale but i was still glad that i got it with a bit of discount. They initially said rocco on sale was an error in their website that it should have been on the regular price. i felt lucky then.. well now i reget ever getting it in first place..... their inven might only has roccos from 2010, iam not sure. They haven't answered me about that particular question yet.

they have return pollicy. i initially contacted them regarding the tag issue and asking about their international exchange system. but they suspected somehow that iam showing them pictures of a different bag. They insisted the bag they sent out is in best condition. now im just frustrated that they wouldn't not admit the problem. In case of return, i dont' think i should be responsible for the international shipping back to US becasue logo that faint is clearly a defect.. im still waiting for their reply.
THAT IS RIDICULOUS! I looked at the return policy and they clearly say a full refund in 30 days in its original condition and on top of that "we promise to make the process as easy as possible". They should cover the return shipping as well, especially since they state it in their policy "free-pickup" and right on top of their website free 2 day shipping and free returns. Don't give up : (, just keep pushing! If you are unhappy with the bag, no reason for you to keep it.
